Aliaxis Purchasing Card Scheme
Aliaxis UK operate a preferred payment method for use for some of our small value purchases by purchasing card.
Our UK businesses make many purchases of less than £500 and the card programme is utilised for many of these small purchases rather than the issue of a traditional purchase order. In particular for those suppliers that currently have a large volume of small value orders it will become the normal ordering method.
The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has been appointed and their “Onecard” MasterCard is used.
If you supply to Aliaxis is characterised by these small value orders you will be contacted by Streamline, the account management team from RBS, who act on our behalf. As part of their set-up arrangements you may be requested to complete a small questionnaire so to ensure that any transfer in ordering process is undertaken efficiently.
The Purchasing Card programme is operational at all of our UK businesses.
One of the benefits of the card programme as far as our suppliers are concerned is that payment will be received much quicker than under the traditional purchase order system and of course there will be less paperwork involved.
