Aliaxis present Pool4Tool project at E-World seminar
European Purchasing Director Paul Baigent and Project Manager Will Howard will be presenting the Pool4Tool project at the e-World Purchasing & Supply conference in London as an example of project best practice in the e-purchasing sector.
Aliaxis Group have developed the e-purchasing portal as a European project with Austrian supplier Selected Services and it was launched in May 2010 in Germany followed by successive roll outs in the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Hungary & Poland. The project was launched on time and within budget and is a major step forward for purchasing within the Aliaxis European companies. Pool4Tool is a supplier interfaced platform and many of the company’s tenders and suppliers’ registrations are undertaken with this tool.

Since 2001, this business forum has provided a unique insight into the latest developments in electronic commerce for senior purchasing, supply chain and finance executives and this is the third time that Aliaxis have been invited to present with previous events focusing on the UK Purchasing internal web site which was shortlisted for the CIPS Annual Awards in 2008 and 2009.
